Big George meant more than words can properly convey. He was a fun loving, try anything guy, with a big smile for everyone. Life was his stage. Coors Light was his deal. His memory will be bigger than life. He projected excitement on our life screens with a magnetism rarely found. He embraced racing and all it stood for. He offered friendship and found ways to get involved everywhere. He always had a story, often complete with pictures, that he joyfully shared. People were proud to know him and waited patiently for his next appearance, he was that popular.

George is best known for his bottle rocket show, but that was the tip of the iceberg on what this man could do to have fun. He involved others in his madcap lifestyle, and they were better for it. His 4 wheeler flying over a burning couch in the desert was a proud moment for him and his buddies, who were part of the wild scene. The flaming sprint car ride at Manzy has found it's way on many walls in racing homes. His legacy touches us all, and for that we will miss him.

He always had time for me, and was generally interested in people. The unique Green flamed # 39G will always be a favorite of mine. I am locked on his smile, as I remember him in my heart. Rest in peace Big George and don't forget to show em' what you can do up there!
