Jim and Carol are special people and dear friends from my racing world. Jim was a very smart technition as he worked on famous drag racing cars like Mongoose McEwen's cars. He had many racing jobs over the years and was the tire man on the Bruce and Chris Fischer # 29 car driven by Steve Ostling and Michael Smith. He was the Kittle tire man until they retired and so did his knees. He has not recovered from the major problem his legs have, but is still mobile with his walker, a lot like mine I have these days. Carol is a medical manager (?) of some sort, who knows her stuff and travels a lot in business. When they left a lovely home in California, they landed in Mustang, OK and are part of the volunteer fire department of the subdivision of lovely big holmes that are outside the Oklahoma City coverage. Always a pleasure to be around them.
