CRA 1 AM RACE RESULTS

Very Interesting! The wind looked like it would slow down the troops, but Damion Gardner still set fast time, but a mere tick ahead of the traveler Cory Kruseman. Damion completed the Dean Thompson Sweep of fast time, winning his heat and the feature so will add a few points to his championship driver lead. Tony Jones put a move on Danny Sheridan to win his heat as they were racy tonight. The feature saw Danny take the lead from the front row and keep it warm for Cory for three laps. Cory then checked out as Damion was battling to get up from fourth. A few yellows helped him and on one of the last restarts, and after Damion showed him a wheel for several laps, Cory got off the top to block and the Demon drove up around him to take the lead he didn't give up. Mike Spencer put a slider on Cory on the last turn and took second.
